SUNDAY DINNER CHICKEN

Have you ever come home after work and feel stuck for good ideas for dinner? For working parents with young families, dinner is a very important moment of the day, and that good ideas are crucial for dinner.
For many families, dinner is one of the few times of the day where everyone gathers around a rest and enjoy delicious food. So if your turn to make dinner, do not leave at the last minute, always ready with some good ideas for dinner. Roots and tubers are only 2 of the 10 kinds of vegetables are healthy healthy dinners.

For Sunday, dinner chicken was the favorite recipe of my mother, hence the name Sunday. It is a great recipe for Sunday dinner, because it can be prepared in advance and left to cook while you go to church. Leftovers also freeze well.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 pkg. chipped beef or 1 jar smoked chipped beef
  • 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

(if desired - wrap each piece of chicken with 1 piece of bacon)
Cover bottom of flat, greased baking dish (8x12) with chipped beef. Arrange chicken on top of beef. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours uncovered. Serves 8.
Put into oven when you leave for Sunday School and church. When you get home, cook vegetables, prepare salad and dinner is on the table in 20 minutes.
